We can help you with all aspects of race preparation and raceday logistics.
Venturing into the world of motorsport can be a daunting prospect, and we at Miller Motorsport can help to ease you into the busy and exciting world of club racing, where there is always somewhere to be! From getting your car ready for each session, through running repairs and optimisation and set-up, we can help to ease the nerves and get you into swing of things quickly. We can even help with License applications and ARDS tests.
For more experienced hands, we can offer our expertise in setting up your chassis and suspension to gain those tenths and get you moving up the grid, to help with spares and consumables, or we can just be there as a safety net in case disaster rears its ugly head!

Driver Coaching and Data Analysis
In addition to mechanical support for you and your car, we are able to offer in depth data analysis and coaching on test and race days to help you to improve your skills and move up the grid. Using the latest VBOX video data logging technology, we are able to analyse performance of you and your car and offer advice on how to improve your lap times consistently.
John’s experience and success in multiple Championships is an invaluable resource in helping you to develop your skills. We can set hot laps in your car to give benchmark times and then analyse your performance against the reference lap to show you where time is being gained or lost.
Engineering
As well as trackside support, we can offer full Engineering and re-build services for your car for when things go wrong, or you are looking for that extra competitive edge.
- Complete Engines – We specialise in Duratec/MZR engines. Our race engines are carefully built to championship or series regulations with the power outputs you need to stay at the sharp end of the grid. Each engine is accompanied by a full build sheet and photographic record of assembly.
- Machining – Full machining service available through our partners, including head skim, valve cutting/seating/grinding, block decking, honing, crankshaft grinding etc.
- Engine Service – We can replace individual elements such as bearings, piston rings, oil/water pumps etc, and often keep parts in stock for speedy service.
Gearboxes and differentials can also be overhauled and rebuilt in house to ensure that your car’s performance is where you need it to be.
License and Trackdays
The world of motor racing can seem like a daunting place for the real newcomer, but we all had to start somewhere, and both Alex and John will tell you that they didn’t have a clue what they were doing when they attended their first race meeting outside of standing on the terraces.
We can assist you with obtaining your race license via ARDS test, and will support and guide you on your road to be becoming a racing driver. From advice on protective equipment to help sourcing cars and equipment, we are here to make sure you can spend your time concentrating on your driving rather than worrying about what to do next.
We are local to Brands Hatch, but can attend Trackdays around the Country if you need a little more experience on track before you take the plunge and obtain your first license.
